Allow yourself to drift in the space where craft is medicine. In the space where you allow yourself to mindfully connect to the essence of spinning. During our time together the power of the sound bath will allow you to be deeply connected to your practice. Whether you choose to spin or simply lay and relax (we welcome spinners and non-spinners alike for this event!), waves of harmonic sound will cover your body and help you to drift into deep states of relaxation and healing. All you have to do is simply be present and allow your body to float along a beautiful soundscape journey. 

The sound bath will take place from 3:30PM-4:45PM with a small writing activity and introduction as well as time at the end to close the space. Please feel free to arrive 15 minutes early to get situated and comfortable in the space. Please note that this event does not meeting at Wild Hand, it is meeting at Kelbourne Woolens and taking place at the end of our one-day Wild Blend, Spin, and Sound: One-Day Retreat; feel free to join us at the retreat if you're looking for a wheel spinning & blending experience (the retreat fee includes the sound bath).

Skills + Materials
If you plan to spin yarn during the sound bath please plan to bring your spinning wheel, tools, and fiber or a drop spindle.Otherwise, no supplies or skills are required; all are welcome to join us - you can pin or just rest or both! If you plan to lay down we recommend a yoga mat, blanket, and pillow. Your registration confirmation will include a link to more detailed what to expect and bring information.

Cancellation + Make-up Policy
We absolutely understand that things come up and you may need to cancel your registration. You may always transfer your registration to another student (just let us know in advance!). If you need to cancel your registration within one week of the workshop we are happy to offer a 50% store credit refund; cancellations made less than one week in advance will not be refunded. We are unable to offer make-ups or exchanges for missed workshop session(s).
