SHIPPING & REFUNDS
FULFILLMENT + SHIPPING
We are oh-so-happy that you're shopping with Wild Hand - a local fiber craft supply shop that is sharing the fiber love near and far. We are a small team working hard to get your order shipped within 3 days of receiving it (and usually sooner). We process and ship orders from our Philadelphia shop everyday of the week. Once your order has shipped you will receive an email confirmation and can follow your fiber-filled package along its journey. Shipping includes packaging/handling and we do our best to keep shipping costs reasonable. All orders over $200 shipping to a location in the United States ship for free. RETURNS + EXCHANGES
We understand that sometimes what you found online isn't exactly what you thought it would be, especially when it comes to yarn and fiber. We will gladly accept a return for a full refund (within 30 days of purchase date) to your original payment method or store credit (within 90 days of purchase date). Returned products must be in their original condition. We are unable to cover the shipping costs to receive your return or ship out an exchange. Sale items are generally non-refundable. If you would like to make a return or exchange please contact us at email@example.com and we will issue you a return label. If what you received is not what you ordered please send us an email within 7 days of receiving your package and we will happily correct the error and pay for the shipping costs to make things right.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
Wild Hand issues refunds as soon as your refund request is approved - that means that the money leaves our account immediately. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time (generally 3-5 business days) before your refund is officially posted. We have seen some credit card companies take up to 30 days to show that the refund has been put back on the card. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?
All orders are ship within 3 business days. If your order hasn’t arrived in the estimated delivery times, please contact our support team at email@example.com (this policy excludes errors made by customers when providing shipping details on their order(s) or missed parcel deliveries).
CAN YOU PROVIDE ME WITH A TRACKING NUMBER?
All tracking number are emailed to the customer at the email address entered by the customer at checkout as soon as the tracking information becomes available.
I'VE ENTERED THE WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS, CAN I CHANGE IT?
If this happens to you, email us as soon as possible, we MIGHT be able to take care of it. However, we can't promise anything as all our items are usually processed immediately after you order and ship out the same day or a few days after. If the shipping label has already been created and the package is with the mail carrier, we won't be able to stop it. Wild Hand is not be responsible if you entered an incomplete and/or incorrect shipping address.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Yes! As long as it has not been shipped we can cancel the order. If it has been shipped you can request a return (see above for RETURN/EXCHANGE policy details).
