One of our favorite little looms for all ages is this sweetly arched/rainbow loom. Measuring 4.3" x 7.3" and made out of bamboo you can weave your piece quickly and keep it on the loom or take it off for a small wall hanging or arched woven necklace. Loom does not include yarn (but you can always pop by our Little Free Fiber Library for some free yarn!!).
