Sometimes you need more than a quick stop-by at Wild Hand for knitting and crochet project guidance. Project Help! is meant to fill the space between a casual pop-in (where we can handle small, quick questions and mistakes) and a full-on private lesson. Students will get 30-minutes of one-on-one time with a Wild Hand team member. Please note that this help is during open business hours (during our Fiber Folk Night) and while your Wild Hand instructor will be dedicated to helping you in our back room during your Project Help! 30-minute time slot there will indeed be community members stitching and socializing, shopping, and hanging-out in the front room and the potential for a little bit of interruption.

If you are looking for a true private lesson feel free to reach out to the shop at hi@wild-hand.com and we can help arrange that for you. Project Help! is for knitting and crochet support only. Currently, we cannot offer support in this way for the other crafts we supply at the moment (maybe one day!).

Skills + Materials
During your registration for Project Help! you will be prompted to share through a check-out survey what you're working on and what you need help with. Bring along your project, yarn, pattern, tools, and anything else that will help us help you!

Cancellation + Make-up Policy
We absolutely understand that things come up and you may need to cancel your registration. You may always transfer your registration to another student (just let us know in advance!). If you need to cancel your registration within one week of the workshop we are happy to offer a 50% store credit refund; cancellations made less than one week in advance will not be refunded. We are unable to offer make-ups or exchanges for missed workshop session(s).
