Fiber Folk Sound Bath

Join Neroli Soft for a special outdoor sound bath at Weavers Way Farm before our Farmy Fiber Folk Day!

COST:

$30.00

SCHEDULE:

Sunday 9/8 | 11:00AM-12:15PM

Join us at the farm! We are oh-so-delighted to welcome Shaun C. for a special outdoor sound bath at the Weavers Way Farm (Henry Got Crops) at Saul High School. The sound bath will meet outdoors, in the grass, before our Farmy Fiber Folk Day - register to join us for both! Neroli Soft / Shaun C. is deeply connected to the work of fiber craft as an artist and teacher; she believes that sound healing and fiber art are two forms of mindfulness practices that beautifully compliment one another. There is no rain date for this event; in the case of poor weather you will be refunded in full and the event will be canceled.

A sound bath is a deeply immersive full-body experience where vibrations are transmitted to your body from sound healing instruments. Waves of harmonic sound are released which cover the body and help you to drift into deep states of relaxation and healing. All you have to do is simply lay down, be present, and allow your body to drift along a beautiful soundscape journey. By simply allowing your body to rest as sound healing instruments are being played you can create a flow of harmonious energy within the body. We will do this by embarking on a transformative and restorative sound bath journey outdoors at the Weavers Way Farm at Saul High School before our Farmy Fiber Folk Day. Afterwards we will journal and open the space to reflect together. Your registration confirmation email will include what to bring/wear and how to prepare for this sound bath experience.

Her vision is to create sacred spaces where people can feel safe, drop into their body, and connect with all parts of self, to support mental health, overall quality of life, and to nurture one’s highest form.
