From the fine folks at Degen; a tape measure is essential in knitting, crochet, weaving, sewing, and general being-a-human-ing. We use this sweet, happy, retractable tape measure to check gauge in the beginning and throughout a project, check sleeve lengths, for blocking, and to achieve the perfect fit. One side is metric and the other is non-metric. The tape measure casing is made from leather and debossed with the DEGEN logo on one side and a cheerful smiley printed on the other! Each measuring tape round is 2.75" in diameter with a 60" long tape measure. This extendable tape measure has a press button to release.
