Dream State is really, seriously dreamy. It is made in the USA from sheep-to-skein worsted weight yarn with a superwashed wool blend consisting of Rambouillet, Targhee, and Merino breeds, raised primarily in South Dakota and Wyoming. We love the way the Spincycle team describes their work - "every skein is one-of-a-kind, like us, like you".
We are oh-so-lucky to have a shop-exclusive colorway dyed just for Wild Hand by the fine folk at Spincycle Yarns. Our colorway is called Wild Hand and is super expansive - there are so many colors in this one colorway - each skein really is unique. Feel free to leave a note with your order if there's a certain color-leaning you'd like for your order of Wild Hand and we will do our best to pick your preference.
Spincycle Yarns are dyed in the wool, a slow but oh-so-worth-it kettle-dyeing process resulting in long color changes and unpredictable transitions through the skein. Each skein is truly unique, so while the photographs capture the essence of the colorway, colors within a dye lot will vary. We recommend buying your entire yardage in the same purchase so that we can match skeins for your order.
Spincycle Yarns wool is grown, processed, dyed, and spun in the USA. The sheep that supply their wool are raised primarily in South Dakota, Wyoming, and Colorado and are 100% non-mulesed. The all-women Spincycle Yarns team dyes, spins, designs, packages, and ships everything from their Bellingham, Washington studio.
