WOVEN WINE BASKET

Learn how to weave a basket while you make a wine basket.

COST:

$175.00

SCHEDULE:

4/19 & 4/20 | 6:30-9PM

Would you love to carry your favorite wine in your own handmade wine tote or give it as the perfect gift for a special friend? Then this class is for you! Students will learn to include a handle in the weave, square the bottom of the basket, twine, upstake, stop and start weaving while shaping the sides, and lashing on the rim. You can even add color to your basket if you choose. What is better than wine? Wine in a basket you made! This class is the perfect way to start, or continue, your weaving journey.

Skills & Materials
This is a beginner workshop and no previous experience is needed to participate. Moderate hand strength is needed to comfortably work with the materials. Workshop supplies are included in the fee. You will receive everything you need to make and bring home a Wine Basket!

Cancellation + Make-up Policy
We absolutely understand that things come up and you may need to cancel your registration. We've done our best to create a cancellation policy that honors how fickle life can be alongside our financial commitment to our staff and teaching artists. If you need to cancel your registration we are happy to offer a 50% store credit refund for cancellations made two weeks in advance of your workshop date. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for cancellations made less than two weeks in advance. We are also unable to offer make-ups or exchanges for missed workshops.

Community Commitment
We're looking forward to sharing space with you! If you haven't had a chance to read our Community Commitment, pop over to the website and read about how we agree to share space. Feel free to reach out to the shop if you have any questions along the way - we're excited to welcome you wherever you may be on the learning curve.
