Learn how to Tunisian crochet while you make Toni Lipsey's delightful Loveland Lite Shawl

Expand your skills as you Tunisian crochet the Loveland Lite created by the incredible crochet designer, Toni Lipsey. In this workshop you will explore the Tunisian crochet technique. Yolanda will cover the Tunisian simple stitch, Tunisian knit (identical to stockinette knitting) and Tunisian purl stitches. With fingering weight yarn, the Loveland Lite is a fun triangle crochet shawl - the perfect addition to your spring or summer wardrobe! Images from Toni Lipsey.

Skills & Materials
This is a beginner-to-intermediate workshop. Students should have basics crochet skills - you shoudl know how to create a foundation chain and do simple increases in crochet. Wild Hand will supply your 40" I/9 (5.50mm) Tunisian crochet hook, a tapestry needle, removable stitch marker, and your pattern (rest assured deisgners are paid for 100% of the patterns used in class). Students should bring 800-900 yards of Fingering Weight yarn in TWO colors of their choice - two skeins that are 400+ yards each. After you register we will send you a confirmation email with yarn suggestions from the Wild Hand shop.

Cancellation + Make-up Policy
We absolutely understand that things come up and you may need to cancel your registration. We've done our best to create a cancellation policy that honors how fickle life can be alongside our financial commitment to our staff and teaching artists. If you need to cancel your registration we are happy to offer a 50% store credit refund for cancellations made two weeks in advance of your workshop date. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for cancellations made less than two weeks in advance. We are also unable to offer make-ups or exchanges for missed workshops.
