About this experience

Do you get stuck when something goes wrong? Do you wonder why your knitting is a funny shape, or has inexplicable holes in it? Did you forget a yarn over or a decrease and don’t know how to go back? We will knit swatches in class and use them to illustrate some common mistakes that can befall even the most patient knitter. Over this one-session workshop you will learn how to “read” your knitting, picking up dropped stitches, proper yarn carrying techniques, seams and bind offs.

This is a beginner class - no experience necessary! Price includes thoughtfully sourced materials (no additional materials fees). Students also get a one-time use 15% off discount card for use during and up to two weeks following the last class session!

All classes meet at our shop at 606 Carpenter Lane, Philadelphia PA 19119 - in the heart of Mt. Airy Village. There is plenty of free on-street parking as well as High Point Cafe and Weaver's Way Co-op steps away for your food and beverage needs. Kiddos are always welcome to hang in the shop!
