Mistakes happen to every crocheter and can happen multiple times. You can fix those mistakes! Learn how to make your “oops” vanish, step by step.
During this workshop, you will learn how to avoid mistakes, which mistakes are worth fixing and how to fix them. Learn how to modify mistakes by preparing your project, conquer easy methods for avoiding common hiccups in your projects, and explore patterns and charts to better understand abbreviations and symbols.
Your confidence with patterns and charts will improve your understanding of gauge to minimize mistakes, and how to plan your fixes. And what about those holes? Yes, you can re-crochet holes and modify crochet patches for large oops!
Bring your worked or work-in-progress projects along for hands-on support and advice on fixing mistakes. You’ll learn from each other’s mistakes and take away the tips, tricks, and confidence to fix them on your own!
Price includes thoughtfully sourced materials (no additional materials fees). Students also get a one-time 15% discount card for use within two weeks following the last class session!
All classes meet at our shop at 606 Carpenter Lane, Philadelphia PA 19119 - in the heart of Mt. Airy Village. There is plenty of free on-street parking as well as High Point Cafe and Weaver's Way Co-op steps away for your food and beverage needs. Kiddos are always welcome to hang in the shop!
