Kelbourne Woolens' Cricket is a absolutely lovely single ply authentic Donegal tweed made form 100% Merino Wool. A traditional sign of good luck, a cricket is a symbol of abundance and vitality, and their cheerful song is a harbinger of good things to come. This yarn softens and blooms beautifully when it's blocked and is gorgeous felted. The fine folks at Kelbourne really nailed it with the perfect tweedy bits throughout this yarn.

Down the road (literally) from Wild Hand, Kelbourne Woolens is Philadelphia-based (they're in Mt. Airy!) and has been designing and distributing yarn for those who love the craft as much as they do.
