Get the look of embroidery without some of the fuss, learn the seemingly intricate technique of Estonian Inlay (Roosimine), with a fun pair of fingerless mittens! During this workshop you will learn a little history of this technique, how to do Estonian Inlay (Roosimine), and how to read and make your own chart. This is an intermediate workshop - you should know how to cast-on, knit, and bind-off. The fee includes the yarn, needles, and notions you need for the workshop. We will be working with Restrosaria Rosa Pomar's Vovo yarn and you will have your choice of color. As you register for the workshop you will have an opportunity to select your yarn color (there is homework so you will need to pick up your needles and main color yarn in advance of the class - we will notify you when it's ready to pick-up).

Workshops meet in-person indoors at Wild Hand. In order to create a safe, inclusive learning space we're asking all students, teaching artists, and staff to wear masks at all times while they are indoors. Wild Hand students get a one-time 15% off discount code for use during and up to two weeks following their last workshop session (you will receive the discount code at your workshop).

We absolutely understand that things come up and you may need to cancel your workshop registration. We've done our best to create a cancellation policy that honors how fickle life can be alongside a commitment to our teaching artists. If you need to cancel your workshop registration we are happy to offer a 50% store credit refund for cancellations made at least two weeks in advance. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for cancellations made less than two weeks in advance.
