Get a little wild with this beautiful small batch hand-dyed yarn from Maryland-based Havirland. Made from their Pax sock base, this 2ply sock/fingering is machine-washable and includes a bit of nylon for durability. Havirland's self-striping sock yarn comes in 10 gram (40 yards) mini "gobstopper" balls - you'll need 10 balls (400 yards total) for a pair of adult-size socks. Each ball is unique with a range of self-striping colorways. 

Havirland is based in southern Maryland and led/dyed by ever-talented Carol Ocker, who is eclectically inspired by late-night B-movie marathons, horror, colors found in nature, and natural history.
